Dr. Brown was born in the humble town of Monticello, Arkansas, and was raised by parents who endured the Great Depression. They taught her the importance of honoring and loving God, focusing on higher education, and embracing the power of entrepreneurship. Community, resilience, education, gratitude, humility, empathy, and a strong moral compass are the values and beliefs that have shaped her worldview, decision-making, and interactions with others. These have led to a life that emphasizes practicality, community, and resilience.
Today, Dr. Brown serves as a powerhouse servant leader at Victory Station Ministries (VSM) and is the founder and CEO of The A. Patrice Group. LLC. Dr. Brown stands alongside her husband, Pastor Craig Brown, at Victory Station Ministries. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to discover and fulfill their God-given purposes, regardless of their socio-economic status. Her focus is to guide people to Christ. She firmly believes that while we all fall short of God’s glory, our past should not dictate our future. God’s love for us transcends our imperfections.
Dr. Brown has dedicated most of her life to the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical industry. With over 25+ years of service, Dr. Brown has held multiple roles in Sales, Marketing, Sales Management, Account Management, Sales Training, and Field Reimbursement. She is currently a Healthcare Market Director for a major fortune 500 Biotechnology company. Dr Brown is involved in several other ventures, including being a licensed realtor, adjunct professor and an active member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) where she recently served as the 2024 Woman of the Year co-chair.
Dr. Brown’s genuine passion is to inspire and motivate others to recognize, develop, and share their unique talents with the world. This passion inspired her to establish the A. Patrice Group. Her company provides a variety of services designed to impact and influence everyone who encounters Dr. Brown’s message.
Dr. Brown is a proud 1993 graduate of the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, an MBA with an emphasis in marketing, and an EdD in Organizational Leadership.
